Eligibility Information

Full-time regular employees, who have satisfied the waiting period and minimum hour requirements may participate in the benefit program. You must be actively at work for your coverage to be effective on your eligibility date. You may enroll your eligible dependents in the Company benefit programs as well. Eligible dependents are defined as:

• Spouse
• Registered Domestic Partner
• Dependent Children up to age 26, including natural, adopted stepchildren

If your dependent child is over age 26 and mentally or physically disabled, coverage can be continued with proof of the ongoing disability.
